Welcome toThe Boathouse, and congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. We are now licensed for marriages and civil ceremonies giving you the luxury of spending your special day in one unique venue.
Our all-inclusive wedding packages have been tailor made for your convenience and then generously discounted making them very cost effective. If you would prefer something more low-key and intimate we also do a number of Midweek packages. However, if you would prefer to create your own wedding package, please speak to our experienced wedding planners who will be pleased to help you design your perfect day. Our buffet menu's and Sit-down menu's are available to view online.

6 hour evening hire except on a Sunday when hire is from 7pm until 11pm.
Should you wish to have your ceremony with us an additional £600 will be charged. Please also allow for the Kent Registrar fees which can be found on their website: www.kent.gov.uk. Our ceremony capacity is 90 guests.
Fridays and Saturdays our bar is licensed until midnight and from Sunday to Thursday until 11pm. possible subject to an application and an extra hire charge.
All staff, white linen tablecloths and a cake table with knife are included in the venue hire rates.

For sit down parties of less than 50 adult guests a supplement will be charged.
All food and beverages will be provided by The Boathouse.
Your Calendar of Events
We aim to make the run up to your wedding as stress free as possible. The following calendar of events is provided as a guide to help you prepare for your special day.

Confirm available dates for your wedding day and arrange a viewing with our wedding planner

Make a provisional booking

Upon receiving the contract, sign and return with the required deposit within 7 days to guarantee your
date

Arrange a pre-wedding consultation at least 7 months prior to your wedding

6 months prior to the event we will require a deposit payment of 50% of your estimated package price

Finalise your catering requirements 6 weeks prior to your event

Pay your final balance 1 month prior to your event and confirm the itinerary

Arrange to deliver your place cards and table plan etc. 3 days prior to your event

Relax and enjoy your day knowing you are in safe and caring hands
